In order to achieve customer expectation, Drivers, inspectors, mechanics, and other persons responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of Passengers need to under-go the basic training in Professional Driving Standards.
This involves:

Identifying critical vehicle items

Pass Inspection (safe for transportation);

Provide guidance on items that need repair or replacement

Safety Procedures:
It is important that good safety procedures are seriously followed:
· Plan your journey
· Not impaired by alcohol or drugs
· Avoid driving when likely to be sleepy
· Plan to share the driving if possible
· Ensure you have enough rest ​
· Book an overnight stop if necessary
· Plan the route, and alternative routes if necessary
· Plan when to take rest breaks – at least every 2 hours
· Anticipate delays so you don't have to rush.
Safety and Security of passengers and their property
To ensuring adequate safety of passengers and their property:
· Train the bus drivers, inspectors, mechanics, and other persons responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of Passengers the basic security guide lines to ensure passenger safety and their property.
